Return and Refund Policy – Curtain Products

Return Eligibility

Curtain products can be returned if they meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  • All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be included.
  • The return request must be made within 7 days of delivery.
  • Products that are damaged due to misuse, washing, alteration, or improper handling are not eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Customized or made-to-measure curtains.
  • Products that have been installed, used, washed, or altered.
  • Items returned without original packaging or tags.
  • Clearance or final sale items.

Return Process

  1. Send a return request with your order details and product images to: bablukumarsoni289@gmail.com.
  2. The request will be reviewed and instructions for the return will be provided.
  3. The product must be packed securely to avoid damage during return shipping.
  4. Once the returned item is received and inspected, the return will be approved if it meets the policy conditions.

Refund Policy

  • After the returned product passes the inspection process, the refund will be initiated.
  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method used during purchase.
  • Refund processing may take 5–10 business days after approval.
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the product received was damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If a product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, report it within 48 hours of delivery by sending clear photos and order details to bablukumarsoni289@gmail.com. After verification, a replacement or refund will be provided.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before the product is shipped. Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled and will follow the return policy after delivery.

  • Returned items that do not meet the policy conditions may be rejected.
  • Customers may be responsible for return shipping charges unless the item is defective or incorrect.
