Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after the order is placed and payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays. If there is a delay due to high order volume or other reasons, customers will be informed.

Shipping Time

Once the order is shipped, delivery usually takes 4–7 business days depending on the delivery location. Delivery times may vary due to courier availability, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during the checkout process before the order is completed. In some cases, free shipping may be offered on selected orders or promotions.

Order Tracking

After the order is shipped, a tracking number or shipment update will be provided so the delivery status can be monitored.

Delivery Address

Customers must provide the correct and complete shipping address at the time of placing the order. Orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses may experience delays or failed delivery.

Delivery Attempts

Courier partners may attempt delivery multiple times. If the customer is unavailable during delivery attempts, the package may be returned.
